After the candling treatment, I include a short head massage to encourage relaxation and enhance the overall calming effect of the session.

Hopi ear candling involves placing a specially designed hollow candle gently into the ear while you lie comfortably on your side.

Both ears are treated during the session. After the candling is completed, I provide a short head massage to help promote relaxation and support comfort following the treatment.

When I arrive, we’ll begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to get from the session.
You’ll then lie comfortably on your side on my massage couch while the treatment is carried out. I carefully position the candle and monitor the process throughout to ensure safety and comfort.
