Terms and Conditions

When you book a treatment or buy a gift voucher you are accepting these Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellation policy – bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to 12am on the appointment day. Cancellations and amendments less than 24 hours before 12am on the appointment day may be charged at the full amount for the treatment booked.
  2. Payment is taken on the day of treatment or prior, by cash, cheque or bank transfer. 
  3. Promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions arranged individually for each promotion.
  4. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded but may be transferred. Gift vouchers must be used within six months of purchase.
  5. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time, or terminate a treatment once it has begun, without offering a refund nor disclosing the reason.
  6. Discounts are agreed between myself, the therapist, and you the client, prior to treatment. Discounts not previously agreed will not be considered.
