I am a mobile massage therapist and have been working in this role since 2015.

I am qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Indian Head Massage, Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping and On-site Massage.

My speciality is holistic massage therapy that provides relief from stress, supports healing from injury and illness, and helps manage anxiety, aches and pains, depression and many of the other issues that affect us day to day.

I have experience providing remedial massage for the disabled and elderly, and I also provide massage for the workplace, pamper parties and holiday breaks.

I am passionate about helping people feel their best. I believe massage therapy is a powerful tool for healing and relaxation, and I use a variety of techniques to address the specific needs of each client. I always take the time to listen to your concerns and goals.

I am also committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all my clients. I use only high-quality massage oils and lotions, and I always ask for consent before I begin treatment.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked with Thames Valley Police — first as a police officer and later as a civilian in Dorset Police as a Witness Care Officer, Detention Officer and Press Officer. Eventually, I realised I wanted to move into a role focused on helping people heal, and I retrained as a massage therapist.

I am also the founder of a support group for mobile massage therapists on Facebook, and I run a directory website called In Your Home Massage, which helps people find mobile massage therapists in their area.
